Knauf-Koenig Group Expands to the Florida Keys
Bringing More Than 30 Years of Luxury Homebuilding Experience to the Florida Keys
With more than three decades of experience, Knauf-Koenig Group has built luxury custom homes throughout Southwest Florida. Our work reflects a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, uncompromising quality, and personalized service.
Now, we are proud to bring that same experience to the Florida Keys.
Our office in Marathon, Florida, gives Knauf-Koenig Group a growing local presence in this distinctive coastal region. The Florida Keys offer a lifestyle unlike anywhere else. Waterfront living, island architecture and natural beauty shape communities from Key Largo to Key West.
Each part of the Keys has its own character. Because of that, we believe the homes built here should be just as unique.
Luxury Homebuilding, Built for the Florida Keys
Building a custom home in the Florida Keys requires more than beautiful design. Coastal conditions, hurricane exposure, flood zones, permitting requirements and the island environment can all influence how a home is planned and constructed.
Therefore, thoughtful planning is important from the very beginning. In addition, choosing an experienced custom home builder can help homeowners navigate the unique considerations that come with building in a coastal environment.
Knauf-Koenig Group brings more than 30 years of custom homebuilding experience and more than 250 completed luxury homes to every project. Throughout that time, our team has remained focused on craftsmanship, quality and attention to detail.
As we expand into the Florida Keys, we are also building new relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers and industry partners throughout the islands. Moreover, our goal is to bring the same level of service and construction expertise that has defined Knauf-Koenig Group for decades.
Whether building in Key Largo, Islamorada, Marathon, Big Pine Key or Key West, our philosophy remains consistent. Above all, we believe a luxury home should be thoughtfully planned, carefully constructed and built to stand the test of time.
Build thoughtfully. Build with integrity. Build for generations.
Built on a Strong Foundation.
