The expansion supports a rapidly growing team of more than 60 employees. Over the past several months, the company has continued hiring across its family of businesses to meet increasing demand and prepare for future growth.
According to CEO and Founder Matt Knauf, custom home construction remains the company’s core business, with projects spanning some of Naples’ most prestigious communities—from Pelican Bay to Port Royal. At the same time, Knauf-Koenig Group continues expanding its affiliated companies, including Naples Excavating and NexLift, into additional markets across Florida.
